D’Orca Group marked its first conference appearance at the inaugural Governor’s Digital Conference in St. Thomas. As an exhibitor sponsor, we met with public-sector leaders, technology professionals, educators, business representatives, and community stakeholders around a shared question: how can digital progress strengthen the Caribbean in practical, lasting ways?
Our participation brought both D’Orca divisions into one public conversation—cybersecurity and cyber intelligence through Apex Fortress Insight, and education and workforce readiness through Apex Scholar & Workforce Insight.

Twenty-seven years later, back in St. Thomas.
During the conference, D’Orca Group Founder and President Angelo Daniels reconnected with Reno Phillip, his classmate from kindergarten through high school, for the first time in 27 years—since their high-school graduation night in St. Thomas.
The reunion carried special significance as D’Orca made its first conference appearance in a place that helped shape its founder’s education, relationships, and regional perspective.
