About D’Orca Group
See what is taking shape.
Intelligence and education platforms that help organizations and communities act while there is still time to make a difference.
Who We Are
Awareness.
Coordination.
Action.
Founded in September 2023 and led by Angelo A. Daniels, D’Orca Group, LLC is a technology company developing intelligence and education platforms that help organizations and communities see what is taking shape—and act while there is still time to make a difference.
Our work advances through two complementary divisions: Apex Fortress Insight, our cybersecurity intelligence arm, and Apex Scholar & Workforce Insight, our education, training, and workforce-development arm.
Why D’Orca Exists
The signals come first.
D’Orca Group began with a pattern our founder observed across both cybersecurity and education: the threats that cause harm, and the opportunities capable of changing lives, almost always send signals first.
Too often, those signals go unread—particularly across the Caribbean and Latin America, where world-class intelligence, technology, and specialized support do not consistently reach the communities that need them.
We built D’Orca to help close that gap. Like the orca from which we take our name, we watch early, interpret what is forming beneath the surface, and translate those signals into clear decisions and practical skills. Our purpose is to place the warning, insight, and opportunity that larger markets often take for granted into the hands of the people and institutions that can use them most.
Our Mission
To deliver meaningful protection, early warning, and expanded opportunity to organizations and communities across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond—through intelligence they can act on and skills they can build upon.
Our Vision
To become an established regional force that measurably strengthens security, capability, and opportunity, demonstrating that world-class technology and intelligence belong here—not only everywhere else.
Our Regional Perspective
Built here.
Ready for anywhere.
These are the communities that shaped our founder and continue to shape our purpose. They are too often treated as an afterthought in global technology, despite facing significant exposure with comparatively limited support. We build for that reality first.
Our perspective is regional, but our outlook is global. The same disciplined watch, practical tools, and context-aware methods can reorient around any organization or community—because the ocean does not stop at one coastline.
Our Two Divisions
Different disciplines.
One purpose.
Earlier warning, practical capability, and stronger regional opportunity—delivered through two complementary operating arms.
Apex Fortress Insight
Apex Fortress Insight (AFI) is D’Orca Group’s cybersecurity intelligence division. While most security tools monitor an organization’s own walls and react after something has gone wrong, AFI looks outward—tracking what is forming across the wider threat environment so that risks emerging elsewhere can be understood before they reach home.
At the center of the division is AFI Pod, our proprietary intelligence platform. It maintains a continuous global watch and transforms what it observes into clear, usable warning. Our methods and formulas remain proprietary; what we deliver is the result: earlier sight, expressed in plain language, for leaders who need to act decisively.
- Deep Signal — The Cyber Intelligence BriefingA monthly deep dive for technical teams and analysts who require the fuller intelligence picture.
- The SurfacingA freely available accountability and regional briefing focused on what is rising toward home and what it means.
- The WaterlineA concise weekly executive brief for executives, public officials, and financial leaders who make consequential decisions without living inside the network.
Deep Signal and The Waterline are proprietary offerings available through approved access. The Surfacing remains freely accessible.
Apex Scholar & Workforce Insight
Apex Scholar & Workforce Insight (AS&WI) is D’Orca Group’s education and workforce division, focused on digital literacy, practical capability, and building credible pathways from the classroom—and the workplace—into the modern economy.
Our conviction is simple: talent should not have to leave home to have a future. AS&WI develops learning technology and workforce pathways that help students and professionals build genuine, industry-recognized skills while helping regions retain and grow the talent they raise. Its work includes exam-preparation and digital-skills tools developed in collaboration with educators and workforce partners.
- Security AwarenessHelping teams recognize and resist phishing, fraud, and social-engineering tactics so that people become a line of defense rather than the way in.
- AI & Workplace EfficiencyPractical instruction in AI tools, effective prompting, and everyday workflows that help employees work with greater speed, judgment, and confidence.
AS&WI is an active and growing initiative, shaped in close collaboration with the schools, boards, businesses, and communities it serves.
Leadership

Angelo A. Daniels, MBA, MSc
Founder & President
Angelo Daniels founded D’Orca Group to bring world-class intelligence and technology to the region that shaped him. Born, raised, and educated in the Caribbean—one of the regions most frequently and severely affected by cyber incidents—he saw firsthand how communities are too often left exposed and underserved by the technologies the rest of the world takes for granted.
D’Orca is his way of giving back. The company exists to place meaningful protection, warning, and opportunity into the hands of people and organizations across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond—so that the region is no longer an afterthought, but is defended, equipped, and positioned to stand on its own footing.

WHO WE ARE
Founded in September 2023 and led by Angelo A.
Our name—and our approach—draws inspiration from the orca: a species that endures through awareness, coordination, and the ability to read the water long before anything surfaces. That instinct informs everything we build.
WHY D’ORCA EXISTS
D’Orca Group began with a pattern our founder observed across both cybersecurity and education: the threats that cause harm, and the opportunities capable of changing lives, almost always send signals first. Too often, those signals go unread—particularly across the Caribbean and Latin America, where world-class intelligence, technology, and specialized support do not consistently reach the communities that need them.

MISSION & VISION
Our mission is to deliver meaningful protection, early warning, and expanded opportunity to organizations and communities across the Caribbean, Latin America, and beyond—through intelligence they can act on and skills they can build upon.
Our vision is to become an established regional force that measurably strengthens security, capability, and opportunity, demonstrating that world-class technology and intelligence belong here—not only everywhere else.
OUR REGIONAL PERSPECTIVE
Our focus begins in the Caribbean and Latin America because these are the communities that shaped our founder and continue to shape our purpose.
APEX FORTRESS INSIGHT
Cybersecurity Intelligence — Intelligence, Not Speculation
AFI intelligence reaches its audiences through three distinct briefings:
• Deep Signal — The Cyber Intelligence Briefing: a monthly deep dive for technical teams and analysts who require the fuller intelligence picture.
• The Surfacing: a freely available accountability and regional briefing focused on what is rising toward home and what it means.
• The Waterline: a concise weekly executive brief for executives, public officials, and financial leaders who make consequential decisions without living inside the network.
Deep Signal and The Waterline are proprietary offerings available through approved access. The Surfacing remains freely accessible.

AS&WI develops learning technology and workforce pathways that help students and professionals build genuine, industry-recognized skills while helping regions retain and grow the talent they raise. Its work includes exam-preparation and digital-skills tools developed in collaboration with educators and workforce partners.
AS&WI also equips today’s workforce in two areas central to modern operations:
• Security Awareness: helping teams recognize and resist phishing, fraud, and social-engineering tactics so that people become a line of defense rather than the way in.
• AI & Workplace Efficiency: practical instruction in AI tools, effective prompting, and everyday workflows that help employees work with greater speed, judgment, and confidence.
